My only constructive feedback is that I would like the pillows to be better, and the coffee to be from an espresso machine instead of the automatic machine. “Nous ne voulons pas parler de la residence pralin mais plutot de l appartement 405 a la residence le pralin que vous osez louer avec des matelas pitoyables pleins de taches surtout pour des enfants etc...vous dites aux gens qu il y a des couettes alors que c faux ! pas de couettes pendant une semaine on aurait prefere la verité qd on vs a appelé , pas de télévision non plus malgré nos appels aussitot ou vs nous faites croire que vous allez faire quelque chose alors que c faux !!rien est fait c...

“No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!”

“Very close to all action! Restaurants, lounges/bars, ski slopes. Even though it’s not considered ski in/out, the lifts are just across the street. Ski shop is available at hotel with descent equipment rentals. Spa with tiny dry and wet saunas, and a pool. Breakfast included in room price is a la cart (anything you can wish for, the chef will cook for you). Overall will gladly return here!”
