The Guesthouse at Hill Country Pottery

Peaceful secluded cabin comfortably nestled on 23 acres in the beautiful Hill Country of central Texas. Convenient access to local wineries, and close proximity to charming towns, such as Fredericksburg, Boerne, and Comfort. The Guesthouse is on a shared property with Hill Country Pottery, which is s short walk away from the home. Also only 8 miles from the shops and restaurants of downtown Comfort.
The space
Beautiful landscaped back yard ,complete with fire pit and seating.
Guest access
Fenced and landscaped back yard equipped with fire pit and seating. Also great front porch to enjoy the sunsets.
Other things to note
You will need a code to enter property when the gate is not already open. This will be sent to you once your booking is complete. We are pet friendly but we ask that you keep pets on a leash when the are not in fenced backyard.

Roomy and clean. One of the best features is the landscaped back yard and nice front porch with comfortable chairs to enjoy the stars. Very peaceful. Nice to have the two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, on opposite ends of the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Guest House

We were there to enjoy the scenery of the Hill Country, so spent only sleeping hours at the Guest House. It was comfortable, clean and had all we needed for restful nights.I would suggest moving the shampoos and bath soaps from under the sink into the cabinet over the toilet in Bath #2. I didn't find them until near end of trip.

Comfort in every sense inside and out. Thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor seating areas for star gazing and birding. Rural setting yet minutes away from historic Comfort, Tx provided all the peace and quiet we needed to unwind. Wonderfubwelstocked kitchen

Idyllic Hill Country Cottage

Easy access to Fredericksburg, Boerne and northern San Antonio. Location was ideal for star gazing since there was no light pollution at night. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Fully apportioned kitchen. Even did some Christmas shopping at the onsite pottery studio. Will definitely stay there again A+++++

Perfect for pets

This is our second time staying at this property. We love it! It’s perfect for our family of four and our dog. It’s got a huge yard and is away from the hustle of town, but still an easy and beautiful drive into town.

Memorial Day Weekend

I wanted a nice getaway from the city life for the weekend with my family to just unwind and relax. I got exactly that with my stay here. It was perfect for my family and the deer were everywhere and so peaceful to watch. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here if you just want a nice place to relax and see the beauty of nature.

Rested and recharged

The property was quiet, clean and comfortable. I didnt want to get out of the bed it was so cozy. The location of the bedroom/bathroom being on separate parts of the house helped with privacy for each couple. Seeing the big deer in the front yard was a big plus!

Very cute and comfy home!

Would love to come back and stay a bit longer. Would definitely recommend. The house is very cute inside. The backyard is very nice as well with lots of seating and fire pit. Very nice sheets inside on the beds super soft and comfortable. Really enjoyed the house. Nice accommodations for the pups, was please to see they had a dog bowl for us. Very spacious, loved the house! 10/10 recommend!

Great Getaway!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here! It's the perfect secluded location to get away from the city. The house itself was very homey and comfortable, and the backyard was perfect for our furry little family member. We didn't lack for anything as it was well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving stay

We have family in Comfort and this was a great place to stay that was close enough to be with family but was still a wonderful retreat where our dog could roam the spacious fenced in yard. We enjoyed nights by the fire pit and mornings on the front porch with coffee. We plan on coming back as soon as we can.

I loved my little house in TX Hill Country. Everything was clean and nicely maintained. The house is down it’s own private drive and I felt very comfortable there. It is in a beautiful area and the hosts were very responsive and kind. Recommend!
