Comfy Getaway w/ stream and bridge out back

Perfect place to stay with friends and family. Nice landscape with small stream and a bridge outback with a path down the stream. The house is comfy and has everything you need. Lots to do from 5 minutes to 45 minutes away. Downtown West Jefferson is just 10 minutes away with a nice downtown. Lots of shops, restaurants, breweries and the Famous Ashe County Cheese Factory.

A great place in the NC Mountains (Jefferson area)

This is my second time renting this great house near Jefferson, NC. Like my first visit, the house is spotlessly clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was easy and efficient, and the host pays attention to little details that make it feel like home. Highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient mountain getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming mountain home! The house was spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable weekend getaway. The location was quiet and conveniently close to all of our planned activities. Good water pressure and it warmed up nicely for exhausted muscles. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and Clean

We’ve been renting cabins in the mountains multiple times a year since our daughter was a freshman at App in 2015. This home was by far the cleanest and most well stocked of any property. We don’t normally stay this far outside of Boone/Blowing Rock but booked this stay due to a wedding in Jefferson. The home was private, had everything we needed, exceptionally clean, soft and had plentiful towels. The host was very responsive. We would book here again.

Family and I stayed in April 2025 and enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and had EVERYTHING we needed. We sat on the front abd back porch each evening andnit was so relaxing. The owners are next door and are very nice. Will definitely return.

Convenient to West Jefferson, NC

We rented here because it is a great location for where our family reunion was meeting in Ashe County. The owner of this home is very responsive! His dad lives nearby and quickly responded to any need. This roomy house was perfect for our family. It has a very well equipped kitchen!! The queen beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the back deck, creek, bridge, and wildlife. We will definitely rent this place again! We discovered that we were close to Gem Valley LLC. It was the first time our son and grandson had been gem mining. The owner and gemologist made the experience a wonderful experience! Our favorite places to visit in West Jefferson include the Honey Hole and the Ashe County Cheese store. Sweet Louise’s cafe was a great find for breakfast or lunch. This is a sweet find in Ashe County!
