“What a wonderful quiet place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Everything was super clean. The surroundings were excellent. Great place to take kiddos because of the creek (we will be back someday). The two things I would change... The mattress in the bed close to laundry room is really uncomfortable. We wound up moving to second bedroom because our other couple didn’t show. It was fine. Just needs and upgrade so folks can be comfortable. And the kitchen needs some good pots...

“The cabin felt new. It was clean, check in was a breeze, and the owner was very responsive. It is located off the beaten path in a quiet area, but is in close proximity to Boone, downtown West Jefferson, and North Wilkesboro. It has a sweet little porch we really enjoyed in the mornings and evenings. We certainly intend to book again!”

“I had such a wonderful time here, enjoying the peaceful river view and sunrise over the mountains each morning! The tiny house was great, very cozy and had everything I needed for an extended stay. I had a few friends stay with me some nights and we were comfortable, though it would be tight for more than 2 people for a longer stay. The farm stand down the road was a great find too, as was Todd Mercantile. I would happily stay here again! ”

“The house is in a beautiful setting with a great open floor plan, huge windows and a wonderful outdoor seating area. Lots of plugs for electronics and the bathrooms are well equipped with hooks. Even the ice maker worked. These are the little things that matterLoved the indoor fireplace. The gravel drive is very well maintained. Ryan communicated well. Highly recommended ”
