“We were really pleased with all the little touches this home had(bathrobes, blankets on bed, complimentary waters). There was something for everyone. Younger child enjoyed the arcade, older preferred the playground and yard. Meanwhile, my hubby used the massage chair and I loved the theater seating for watching TV. ”

We appreciated the fooseball and darts in the basement. The cleanliness was superb. My sister-in-law owns a cleaning business and she was impressed with the attention to detail paid to the cleaning. The land owner was very easy to deal with and reaponded to all questions promptly. ”

“Sam’s house was perfect. It was immaculate and in such a beautiful neighborhood. We had two parks just 2 blocks away from us each. The beds were also super comfortable which is not common we’ve found with short term rentals. Sam was super responsive and flexible with us. ”

“We were in Howell for a wedding. This home was perfect. We hosted brunch on Sunday for family and had plenty of room for everyone. Grubhub delivered breakfast on time for 15 people Sunday morning. Check with host to make sure the coffee maker has been replaced before your arrival. We were more than pleased with everything and would be glad to stay again. ”

“The kitchen was well stocked, cooking was fun. My grandchildren loved that there were TV's for everyone. My grandson was able to use the WIFI to conduct some Scouting business with no hassles. The house was homey and we truly enjoyed our stay.”

“We were very pleased with our stay at this home. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We, eventually had 7 of us staying there and had plenty of room and private sleeping. While there was both a Keurig and Mr Coffee makers in the home, it would have been helpful to know ahead of time that we would need purified water because of well water. We would have had some on hand for our first morning.”
