“The "breakfast"was a tray of packaged donuts and so called pastries. At least there was coffee and hot chocolate. It does not qualify listing free breakfast in the listing and nothing like other complementary breakfasts offered at similar kind of establishments.”

“There was construction going on at this hotel & Jack hammering started at 6am it was brutal nothing mentioned on the hotel website & they only tell you when you arrive. Lobby was messy not up to typical holiday inn standards looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed very disappointing ”
