“The staff is phenomenal. They definitely put customer service ahead of everything else. The property is very clean and well maintained. The room we stayed in was updated and very well appointed. Everything worked as we expected. Plenty of fast food places close by, and more if you don’t mind driving to the other side of Troutville. There is a DG close by, and a Walmart across town (close). “I do not suggest this hotel. We chose it for the price since the others in the area wanted $300+ (high for a quick stay to break up a drive) and per usual, you get what you pay for. It was dirty, run-down, odd characters hung around the lobby, we turned on the water in the sink and the pipe below burst out water all over the carpet. Look for newer hotels if staying in the Roanoke, VA area. ”

“Clean large updated rooms. property was under remodel when I stayed but I’m sure it will look great once finished. I wasn’t impressed with breakfast, extremely limited so that is something that definitely should be improved. Lots of parking space.”

“What's told breakfast was from 6 to 9am at check in.. we had to leave by 6:15.... breakfast was not ready and was told breakfast didn't start till 6:30”

“We stayed in room 302, it had mold along the bathroom above tub/shower on ceiling, around tub edge and faucets was rusty , We could not use the bathroom as needed”
