“Our stay at the hotel was great! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I loved the thoughtful anniversary decorations, which made the occasion special. They also allowed a late check-out and provided pillows with the perfect firmness for a great night's sleep. I also enjoyed the gym and spa experiences in the hotel. Highly recommend!”

“The Londoner was by far the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at. The people and the attention to detail could not be faulted. I didn’t once miss the comfort of my own home whilst I was here, which I never thought could be possible. We can not thank the staff here enough for making our stay truly unforgettable! “Stayed at the Conrad because I love the bath product brand Byredo which they use for this resort location. Very convenient that it connects to the other resorts and the room was very spacious. Customer service was great from the reception to concierge. Complimentary shuttle bus to terminal was helpful too! ”

For example, fresh fruit is a pleasant amenity of the room but sometimes it has not been supplied when the room is made.
Another unpleasant situation you would not expect from a 5-stars hotel is the lack of a printing service for flight check-in documents. The front desk charged us with some dollars for each printed page.”

e devo dire che Andaz Macau è stato quello con il miglior servizio che abbia mai avuto.
Per non parlare della comodità pulizia e bellezza della stanza.
il personale ed in particolare il congierege ed il quelli che rassettano la stanza nel pomeriggio sono stati incredibili. Si sono presi anche la briga di riordinare gli oggetti personali con una cura ai dettagli mai vista (ad esempio fibbie in cuoio per raggruppare i cavi...

"Nice hotel but all the amenities were closed, from the theatre (it's called broadway come on) to the casino. Also the food street had very limited options as compared to the menu's. It looks like they limit their amenities opening times to more peak seasons"
