“Big room, hotel near metro station and restaurant. Big parking. Everything went good”

“Excellent hotel in the Plateau neighborhood, a block from St. Denis and next door to a great cafe/bakery. Rooms clean, well furnished, with large windows. Mostly quiet. Pleasant young desk staff, always available.”

“Nice room, comfortable bed, great price quality ratio, nice service. Adam is very kind and nice person.”

“The whole experience was TERRIBLE as I reserved a room and when I arrived there was absolutely no one there . The doors weee all locked and the premises were so neglected that the grass in the front of the building was 3 feet high and the light for the Hotel was not on. It looked abandoned. I was not able to contact anyone either. There was an e mail sent to me but there were no instructions . I went on the”

“The most comfortable hotel bed I ever had. Everything was clean and tidy.”

“Friendly staff and great breakfast. Thanks for such a great stay.”

“Tutto pulito e ordinato. Unico aspetto che non mi ha garbato: il bagno privato si trova FUORI dalla stanza. Occorre uscire in corridoio per recarsi nel bagno privato, chiuso a chiave. Questo non viene menzionato (ad oggi) nelle condizioni, dando luogo ad una mancanza di trasparenza verso il cliente.”

“the experience was good! personale gentile e disponibile”

“Everything was easy and effortless. All amenities are near and easy to get to. Definitely a place I will go back”

“Beautiful historic building, well maintained. One hiccup, no one checking in that same day received codes for room number and easy access. Second hiccup, no place indoor or online access to check out. My sister left at 7h30 and us at 8h30, no check out possible. Love the area and proximity to our family meet ups at Mme Smith karaoke bar and close to the restaurant Les Canailles.”

“Un lugar muy bueno para hospedarte. Limpio y accesible. Volvería sin pensarlo.”

“Services and staff should be improved a bit: 20 minutes for the check-in, apparently no way to re-fill my water bottle for the night (they had me buying a plastic bottle at the shop) and no adapter for plugs to be borrowed.. which is weird in a hotel. All in all the room was nice and clean, but service-wise you need improvement. ”

“Stanza perfetta, hotel sikenzioso”
