“The hallways/common areas were really filthy. Outside the bedroom window was a light well with nasty trash in it. The only other windows looked out on a stinky back alley. The furniture was dirty and kitchen pans were gross. Otherwise, the location was great, the price was reasonable, and management was pretty responsive.”

“Services and staff should be improved a bit: 20 minutes for the check-in, apparently no way to re-fill my water bottle for the night (they had me buying a plastic bottle at the shop) and no adapter for plugs to be borrowed.. which is weird in a hotel. All in all the room was nice and clean, but service-wise you need improvement. ”
