“Pros: • The villa is very clean and spacious. The view from the windows is beautiful — you can even see the snowy mountains. • The staff is kind and helpful. Cons: • A smartphone is provided for communication with the staff, but we didn’t receive a response when we sent a question at night. • The latest check-in time is 10:00 PM, which is not very traveler-friendly. That said, the staff did agree to wait for us when we called to ask about checking in at 10:30 PM.”

“オールインクルーシブのホテルということで、家族旅行で伺いました。 15時からチェックインでしたが、チェックインの行列ができていてびっくり。スタッフの方たちの対応は素晴らしかったです。 お部屋は広々していて清潔感がありました。五階のお部屋でしたがバスルームの匂いが気になりました。 しかし、大浴場、食事会場、ラウンジ全て大満足です。子供向けの食事も充実しています。 幼児、小学生の子供を連れて行きましたが、地下にある遊び場でたっぷり遊べてよかったです。”

“木立の中のコテージで、とても気持ちの良い場所でした。 お部屋も広く、天井も高く、建物については申し分ない素晴らしいお部屋でした。 ただ、気になった点が２つ。 文句を言うというよりも、今後是非改善して頂けたら、という想いで綴らせて頂きます。 ・お風呂のバスタブに、髪の毛が残っていました。かなりこびりついて取れにくかったので、清掃をササっとした状態では流れなかったのだと思います。清潔感が問われる場所なので、精相互の確認をしっかりして頂けたら、と思いました。 ・私が嗅覚が敏感ということもあり、寝具のリネン類（シーツとか布団カバー？）が消毒のような薬品臭がきつくて、ベッドで休めませんでした。ソファが大きめだったのでこちらで寝ることが出来ましたが、あまりに強い薬剤を使っての消毒は見直しをお願いしたいです。 眺めも良く、ダイニングテーブルも大きく、バスタブも大きめで、今まで泊まったコテージでは一番気持ちの良い建物でした。それだけに、上記2点が残念でした。 上記を改善して頂けたら、文句なく5つ星の素敵なコテージでした。”
