“利用2日前の予約だったので、特別な部屋しか予約出来なかったが、逆にそれが功を奏する結果に。夕朝食付きだったので、館内でのんびりできる時間が豊富に。大浴場は利用者が少ないと思われる時間帯に利用。露天風呂でのんびり出来ました。大浴場と部屋のバス共に使い、日常の疲れが取れました。館内にはエレベーター2基が、レストラン行きと大浴場行きの2基。分かれているのが良いと思われました。”

“Pros: • The villa is very clean and spacious. The view from the windows is beautiful — you can even see the snowy mountains. • The staff is kind and helpful. Cons: • A smartphone is provided for communication with the staff, but we didn’t receive a response when we sent a question at night. • The latest check-in time is 10:00 PM, which is not very traveler-friendly. That said, the staff did agree to wait for us when we called to ask about checking in at 10:30 PM.”
