Went to the room and there were no towels in the room at all, no robes as advertised for the spa features. When I went to ask the young lady at the desk I was given 3 towels for the pool and asked to make sure I gave them back before heading back to our room. “This is definitely one of our favourite hotels in the world. Much as we want to gatekeep this property, we want to see its continued success. The decor is impeccably curated, a perfect balance of modern finishings with antique furnishings. The bed and bedding create a cloud to sleep on. We will always return. One thing - please go back to the Molton Brown bath and body items. Occitane is ok but nowhere near as good as MB! ”
