“A really nice, well‑kept hotel in a great location. It would be even better with a few basic utensils in the kitchenette, and the $75 pet fee is on the higher side, but I’d still happily recommend it.”

“Rooms on first floor (down the hall from the lobby and then left smelled like smoke, even inside the room). Left there sick with bronchitis The prime rib dinner was delicious and a great value for the price. No other vegetables except carrots or potatoes offered ”

“The room was clean. Parking was good we were pulling a trailer ....Bathroom was really small. But you could tell in was an older hotel ”

“There were ants and roaches, room smell so bad, furnitures are old and ragged, no hot water”

“Staff are very friendly. The facility is undergoing a renovation and our building hadn't yet been hit. Furnishings and general condition are dated but clean. The beds were remarkably comfortable, at least for us. If staying downtown near the museum and official buildings, you can't beat the location or the hotel itself.”

“L'hotel non e' frequentato da bella gente; sembra che per alcuni sia il posto fisso dove abitare. Siamo stati due notti, e non sono passati a fare la camera. Le camere sono abbastanza ben attrezzate, ma la pulizia generale dell'hotel lascia un po' a desiderare. Colazione essenziale ma accettabile.”

“Ci abbiamo dormito una notte di passaggio. La città è caratteristica e mantiene gli edifici di un tempo, magari non tutti ristrutturati. Così anche il sugarloaf. Per qualche ora ti sempre di esser trsportato nell'antico ed un poco sgarrupato far west. Comunque divertente”

“The rooms are great. They are large, modern and very clean. There is plenty of room to move around. It's in a wooded area so it feels a bit secluded. The views out the rooms are nice. The staff is great. There is a lady there that is either the owner or manager and she is wonderful. She knows the area, makes great suggestions on food and fun stuff to do. She is very kind, polite and generous. She made drinks for my son and I (hot coco and tea). She was fun to talk to. I wrote this...

“The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. ”
