"The stay was absolutely perfect overall; the only thing I found a bit inconsistent was the fact that a small bottle of water costs €4, which seems outrageous to me. At the same time, you do provide free water, which is a nice extra, but still, €4 for a small bottle feels excessive. Also, I had booked and paid for dinner in advance for that evening, but I wasn’t able to arrive on time due to my own issues, and I asked the staff if it would be possible to have dinner later that night. However, even though I had already paid for it, they told me it wasn’t possible. I must admit, that didn’t sit very well with me. Of course, unexpected things can happen, but not being able to use the dinner I had already paid for felt a bit… unfriendly, let’s put it that way."

"La stanza. Odori sgradevoli provenivano dal wc. Inoltre trovo assurdo non fosse presente una ventola di aspirazione all’interno della cabina. Molto poco pratica ma che negli spazi, solo un paio di appendini, nessun cassetto o piccolo armadio dove riporre i vestiti. In tre giorni non sono MAI passati a fare le pulizie in camera e a cambiare gli asciugamani. "
