Villa Nenno con i suoi 200 mq consente agli ospiti di godere di massimo comfort, disponendo di 2 camere da letto, 3 bagni, un soggiorno molto spazioso, una cucina abitabile ed un terrazzo e giardino esterni rendono il tutto ancor più speciale.

La suite padronale soppalcava ricavata in una splendida cupola tipica della costiera amalfitana dispone di un letto Queen size molto comodo, una cabina armadio spaziosa ed un bagno privato.

La seconda camera da letto si trova al pian terreno, dispone di un letto Queen size ed un letto singolo, un armadio per riporre i vostri effetti personali, una scrivania ed un bagno privato.

Il soggiorno molto spazioso e luminoso ospita due comodi divani da cui è possibile ammirare il mare o godersi del riposo guardando la Tv (smart Tv con incluso Amazon Prime), dal soggiorno inoltre si accede al terzo bagno, al locale lavanderia ed al terrazzo.

La cucina è completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici di cui potete aver bisogno per cucinare qualsiasi pietanza (macchina del caffè, tostapane, bollitore, forno microonde, forno classico, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, freezer e 5 fuochi). È presente anche un tavolo per consumare i vostri piatti e delle magnifiche stoviglie in ceramica di un produttore locale renderanno ancora più unici questi momenti.

Apprezzerete anche tutti gli elementi decorativi in ceramica presenti in tutta la casa (se vorrete acquistare ceramiche abbiamo una convenzione che vi garantisce uno sconto speciale).

Il punto forte della villa sono sicuramente gli spazi esterni: il terrazzo ed il giardino.
Sullo spazioso terrazzo c’è un imponente tavolo in pietra lavica dover poter mangiare al fresco anche nelle giornate più calde con vista sulla divina costiera amalfitana.
Il giardino in erba naturale è perfetto per abbronzarsi sulle comode sedie sdraio, se poi dovesse fare troppo caldo ci si può rinfrescare con la doccia esterna, ripararsi all’ombra di tipici alberi di mandarino o fare un bagno nella spaziosa jacuzzi.

Altre amenità che faranno certamente piacere agli ospiti sono il wifi gratuito e aria condizionata sia calda sia fredda.

Amazing house to stay in! The view is breathtaking, and so peaceful. The house is very spacious with 3 full bathrooms and everything is squeaky clean. By far our favorite place we visited out of Amalfi, Positano, and Naples. Quaint little town, tons of walking and stairs which compliments the setting. I highly recommend this house if you are visiting anywhere near Conca.

Un séjour formidable. Une magnifique région. La maison est conforme à la description. Le jacuzzi est un gros plus pour se détendre. Un grand merci à Mario pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Lorsque vous réservez la villa, soyez conscient qu’il faut monter 170 marches, qui nécessitent une bonne condition physique. Mais une fois arrivé, c’est le paradis ( ça se mérite ). Petit bémol pour nous, l’absence de parking. Il faut réussir à trouver de la place sur le bord de la route. Sinon tout était parfait

Backyard was a dream - charming well kept family home

I can’t say enough about this backyard, it is exactly how it’s pictured. I could barely pull myself away from this view to explore the area. The house is clean, comfortable and big. My family of 4 (14 & 16 yo) plus my father had lots of room to relax between adventures. Conca dei Marini is a smaller relaxing town situated between larger and busier Amalfi and Poistano. Getting to the beach area requires a lot of stairs, but you can shorten your trip by using the area’s CITA bus (1.50), the commercial bus (6) or the local tourist shuttle. Also the buses or even an Uber allows access to the other towns like Amalfi and we did use this to venture to Amalfi. Our main contact, Mario, nephew of the owner, was simply amazing with sharing details of how to get around, good walkable restaurants, bus info and times and even helped us line up a boat cruise of the coast including Capri with a fantastic skipper (must do) and a Pompeii/wine tour. Mario is THE BEST and available for all our questions. Things to know - there are 180 stairs to get to this house. For myself, husband and teen kids - very doable. For my senior father this was a lot. He took lots of breaks and still was exhausted. Luckily, Mario helped us find some alternative ways to make his journey easier. We packed the big size suit case for our 2 week Europe trip and immediately regretted this decision when carrying them up the stairs. The view more than makes up for any logistical challenges with the stairs.

Absolutely amazing rental, hosts and experience!

This property, the hosts and the overall experience could not have been better! The views from the property were breathtaking. We got to know the host family by going to their pottery/coffee shop everyday and they are a kind and beautiful family. We would love to stay here again if we are ever lucky enough to make it back to this part of Italy. Pay attention to the description of the steps if you have mobility issues. If not, the exercise is a wonderful justification for all the delicious Italian food! We thoroughly loved walking up and down the stairs to the main road. We also walked down to the beach area and that was fantastic too. The area is absolutely gorgeous and the walks are like none we’ve ever had the opportunity to experience before. The accommodations are very comfortable and well decorated. This home has air conditioning which we didn’t think to confirm at another location we stayed at in Italy. This is a must depending on the time of year you plan to visit. I can not recommend this rental enough. You will be thrilled with your stay!

Very nice accommodation, roomy, clean, well stocked with amenities. The location was very private and quiet. Mario was also helpful with the transport from the airport, the check in and if we had any questions.

Amazing!

The views from this villa are amazing! Mario was so sweet and helpful and made checking in a breeze. We connected via WhatsApp and he met us just as we arrived. There are many, many steps up to the villa but it's worth it for the view alone. The home was well appointed and very comfortable. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Casa Nenno is a beautiful Villa with amazing views. The villa is beautifully decorated. The hosts were amazing both before and during our stay. Answeted all questions promptly. Mario was amazing and extremely helpful. Would definitely go back again.

Worth every step!

Conca Dei Marini is such a beautiful little town away from all the hustle and bustle from the busy towns on the Amalfi Coast. It is located between Amalfi and Positano. The closest port to get to other towns is the Amalfi Port. Casa Nenno does not disappoint. Carmela, our host was a perfect host and responded quickly to our needs and any questions we had. Mario, our new friend, what can we say, but thank you so very much for everything! What a delightful young man. Hope to see you in Colorado one day. This place is worth every step to get to up to this beautiful villa! There is a 180-degree view of the sea. We had beautiful sunrises every morning and at night, a full moon glistening on the sea and the stars forever. What more do we need to say! We had everything we needed. The pictures do not lie. The bus stop is across the street on the right coming from the bottom of the stairs to get to the Amalfi. The bus drop off coming from Amalfi to the property is the first bus stop after the tunnel. A short walk from there to the property. Ceramiche Piccadilly is a pottery store that is a must visit in Conca Dei Marini. Just beautiful. It is located around and down the street past the Bar Santa Rosa. Be sure to visit the little picturesque downtown of Conca Dei Marini as well. There is grocery store. Just remember, there is siesta time, so the stores and restaurants close in the afternoon. Be sure to stay at Casa Nenno! Thank you for having us, Jim & Maria

Rental with a View

The view was amazing! The host Mario was excellent and very helpful with any of our needs. Expect to climb 186 steps from the road to casa each way. The kitchen had every we needed except for a toaster to reheat the many leftover pizzas. There is an ant problem even if you only eat in the kitchen and these ant bite. In the morning, we would find a line of ant from the door in living room to a bread crumb on top of the kitchen table. The AC unit worked but could not cool the sleeping areas (set at 19C/66F). The room on main level smelled moldy, and the beds were ready hard that had our backs pretty tight each day.

Tolles Haus, nur für körperlich fitte Menschen geeignet.

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes Haus mit großartigem heißem Außen-Whirlpool und viel Platz. Der Ausblick ist wunderbar. Die Ansprechpartner sind nett und immer sofort bei jedem Problem für einen da. Ein tolles Haus, abseits von Stress und Verkehr mit einem kleinen Manko: man muss unendlich viele sehr steile Treppen hochgehen um es zu erreichen - man sollte schon einigermaßen fit sein. Und bedenken dass man auch Einkäufe, Getränke etc dort hochschleppen muss - man plant seinen Tag so dass man möglichst nur einmal pro Tag da runter und wieder hoch muss.. Aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Die Luft da oben ist jedenfalls frisch - im Gegensatz zum stickigen Verkehrschaos unten auf den bergigen, engen Straßen. Eigentlich ist alles nicht so weit entfernt - Vesuv, Napoli, Pompeji, Amalfi.. aber man muss für 20 - 25 km Entfernung ca eine Stunde Autofahrt rechnen. So sind es z.b. nach Pompeji nur 34 km - man ist aber eineinhalb Std im Auto unterwegs. Trotzdem: ein schöner Urlaub in einem schönen Haus!
