In case clients lose the card there would be a fine to be paid of 300,00 to replace a new card. *Please, before your departure wash dishes and in particular, clean the stove top and leave the apartment tidy (penalty of 50.00). Do not leave any food in the fridge; *Do not leave food in the kitchen, bedrooms and balconies, animals and insects will be attracted to it, especially in warm weather. *Do not leave the rubbish in the apartment before your departure. Follow the garbage instructions of the village that you find in the house. *Do not throw/flush anything other than toilet paper into the toilet, including (absorbent pads, cotton bolls, q tips, plastic wrapping etc..) also only small amount of toilet paper is needed *Please leave the sand on the beach and do not wash your feet full of sand in the shower otherwise it becomes clogged and the water does not flow down *Please note that power cuts are common in this area so do not use all the electrical appliances all together otherwise the power may cut out ALWAYS SWITCH OFF LIGHTS AND ELECTRICAL OR GAS APPLIANCES WHEN THEY ARE NOT IN USE AND WHEN YOU GO OUT OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR EXTRA CONSUMPTION Please also be nice and use the air conditioning only when needed and with windows closed and PLEASE switch off it when you are not in the house and at your departure.
