E' adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini). In Conca dei Marini, by 2025, it will be possible to park on the yellow lines, even near the house, with a discounted rate of € 20 per day to be paid online by downloading an App and asking us for the discount codes. Upon arrival we will give you the codes and the guide with step-by-step information. The house is on a limited traffic street and by paying for parking you are consequently allowed to drive through.

*Please, before your departure wash dishes and in particular, clean the stove top and leave the apartment tidy (penalty of 50.00). Do not leave any food in the fridge;
*Do not leave food in the kitchen, bedrooms and balconies, animals and insects will be attracted to it, especially in warm weather. *Do not leave the rubbish in the apartment before your departure. Follow the garbage instructions of the village that you find in the house.
*Do not throw/flush anything other than toilet paper into the toilet, including (absorbent pads, cotton bolls, q tips, plastic wrapping etc..) also only small amount of toilet paper is needed
*Please leave the sand on the beach and do not wash your feet full of sand in the shower otherwise it becomes clogged and the water does not flow down
