A relaxing stay
We stayed as a group of 7 people (5 adults and 2 teens). Giulia was very helpful and communicative long before our arrival and throughout our stay. She gave us a tour when we checked in and reached out a number of times during our stay to see if we needed anything. The two teens were celebrating birthdays and Marica arranged for a beautiful cake as a gift. Very thoughtful. The location is beautiful with a lovely view. We didn’t have a car so we walked to dinner (there’s 2 restaurants – one in each direction – Nino’s and Le Bonta del Capo. Try both. Nino’s was very homey, traditional and welcoming. Le Bonta del Capo is more upscale but also very good.), a small market which has all the necessities, a wine shop, and a pottery shop with also has great cappuccino’s and croissants with a lovely view – just past Nino’s on the opposite side of the street. I wish we found it earlier in the week!). Yes, there are stairs but you shouldn’t go to the Amalfi Coast if you don’t like stairs. I would recommend the porter. Well worth the money to have them carry your bags up the stairs. One recommendation I have for guests is to make sure you understand how to use the kitchen appliances. We didn’t bother to ask at check in and then struggled to figure them out during our stay. Of course, Giulia quickly showed us at check out so it’s our own fault for not asking. One con – some barking dogs up behind the villa. We didn’t hear them in our room but a couple of our friends who stayed in the
