This 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom (5 full bathrooms and half bathroom inside, half bathroom and outdoor shower outside) house sleeps up to 26 and has all the components of the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay. Inside guests enjoy an expansive common area with the peaceful ambience of recessed lighting and a large flatscreen TV. The fully furnished kitchen is extremely well appointed with granite countertops, double ovens and two large sinks. The spacious bedrooms balance elegance with comfort and other unique features of the inside include a futon with a flatscreen TV perfect for video-gaming and a sunroom on the second floor with an amazing view of the trees below. But as gorgeous as the inside is, you're sure to spend the majority of your time outside enjoying the cool breeze of the back porch. Complete with ample seating, an outdoor shower, two BBQ pits, an outdoor fireplace and an oven and sink, it's a complete second set of all the comforts of home outside! Management provides: pillows, comforters, mattress pads, and all other bed linens (see below), 2 trash bags, one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 3 pods for dishwasher, liquid dish soap, and shrink-wrapped hand soap for each bathroom

***Effective 1/1/24, Frio Premier/Frio Select Rental Homes will not be providing towels to guests, including bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels for the kitchen and restroom, and bath mats. Guests will be responsible for bringing these items. FPRH/FSRH is proud to be able to continue to provide bed sheets, including flat sheets, fitted sheets, and pillowcases for all beds. Linen fees have been adjusted accordingly to only reflect sheet rental and prices have been set based on house size and number of beds in the home.

***A booking deposit is charged to create a reservation. If you reserve via phone or the FPRH website, please note that cards are automatically charged the first night's rent for the booking deposit at 12:00 p.m. central time on the day of booking (if booking after 12:00 p.m. central time it will be charged the day after). If you reserve via VRBO/HomeAway or another channel partner, cards willl automatically be charged a service fee paid to that channel partner and 33% of the total rental fee plus tax as the booking deposit paid to FPRH. THE REMAINING RESERVATION BALANCE IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN (THUS, WHEN RESERVING ONLINE FOR CHECK-IN DATES INSIDE OF 30 DAYS, CARDS WILL BE CHARGED THE COMPLETE BALANCE).
