“The house was perfect for me and my family, plenty of space for everyone and games to stay entertained. The basement was a great place to hang out and play pingpong during the day and the living room was great for cozy movie nights. The farm animals out back were a nice bonus!”

“If you’re in OMAK or nearby towns, this is the perfect location to choose from. The property is strategically located, and the property itself is unique, clean, and has everything that you need for a short stay. The host is easy to reach out thru telephone, email or text messaging., and she responded promptly. Highly recommended!”

“The place was relaxing, clean, and scenic.”

“I don't really do the VRBO or AirBNB thing, but Livingston Lodge absolutely has made me rethink my views. The photos and description didn't do the view or level of comfort justice. If you need quiet comfort in a stunning rustic setting, this is THEE place.”

“The Balsam cabin was great! Good location, very close to downtown as well as gas and groceries. Very comfortable furniture and well equipped kitchen. The highlight was the bathtub! A long soak after a day of hiking felt fantastic!”

“Great property, good vibes all around. My family loved our stay.”

Nestled on the Sunflower Resort it is peaceful and quiet - in the morning watch the deer and the wild...

“The home was perfect. It is clean and so well appointed! We were just passing through but will absolutely book again when we are this way again and enjoy it for a longer stay.”
