“Excellent. Kitchen stayed open for my breakfast after closing time flood and service was excellent. Valet greeters were fabulous! I think it was Jack in day and another gentleman at night. Receptionist was super helpful also”

“The communication with staff on my day of arrival went well; unfortunately, highway traffic delayed my arrival time but the innkeeper was pleasant and let me know how to access my room after-hours. The location of the inn is ideal for restaurants, a quaint downtown scene, and to nearby Augusta. I felt safe walking around the inn and the neighborhood in the early hours/late afternoon as a solo female traveler.
The property has beautiful landscaping and the fellow guests were a delight to talk...

“I accidentally reserved a room at this wonderful hotel gor a week long stay.....i reserved the room in the wrong state. So from my experience, the staff on the ohine were helpful, understanding, patience and just great to speak with. That being said, awlays, always get the insurance. ”

“I was a little iffy about this hotel in the beginning, never having stayed at a Fairfield Inn before but I was pleasantly surprised, especially at this price point. The staff was friendly, hotel was up to par and clean and it was in a nice location. I will definitely be staying at a Fairfield Inn on my next destination! ”

“Kim in food service did am outstanding job ensuring we were well tended to during the complimentary breakfast. Honestly she went way above and beyond and deserves a spot bonus and/or raise, as she is one of the main reasons we'll probably return. Ebony in guest service did a great job as well!
The hotel is in a pretty good location, convenient to AU and not too far from better shopping. The downtown Augusta area has many vacant storefronts, which is not ideal, but that's not the hotel's fault. ”

“Being 83 year old having to use a cane to walk, I felt I should have been given a room on the first floor, especially since the facility did not have an elevator. They didn't have accessible rooms also. Maybe they should have a ramp for disabled people. Fortunately for me there were some kind people staying a the hotel, who help me with my luggage”
