“Place was disgusting. Sheets had not been washed and smelled like B.O. Hairs on the floor of the shower. TV that did not work. It was like I was staying in a homeless shelter”

“The building and grounds need maintenance. There's rotting window sills and rain damage on the ceiling, spots of bleach on the carpets and the doorknob of a closet came off in my hand. The TV in the room is incredibly small, the size of a computer screen. You don't come to a hotel to watch TV but like showers, you expect a nice experience. The breakfasts were ok, but not great.”

“Our room was dark and the light on the wall was not working. There was a standing lamp but no outlet to plug it into, so we made do with two desk lamps. The bathroom was a little shabby but the bed was comfortable and clean and the woman at the desk was really nice and friendly. The AC also worked well.”

“The first room had bugs and dead bugs all over the room. Bathroom had a spider on the ceiling and smelt musty. Second room was a bit cleaner but the shower curtain was dirty along with the shower floor. Blinds and curtain didn’t fully cover for privacy”

“Amanda was lovely: very helpful and she made such delicious breakfasts every morning fresh. The house is charming. It feels like it’s in the middle of the quaintest tiny villages but Hartford is under 30 minutes away and New Haven was an easy 45 minutes. The bed was comfortable and the room was huge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“En general desde el lado de afuera antes de entrar a la propiedad, eso está mal cuidado no tiene una buena imagen ni por fuera ni mucho menos por dentro un olor tan feo en el ascensor, que por cierto están arruinado. La flechas sólo están viendo hacia arriba, como que si el ascensor, no bajara, no hay buenas indicaciones. El ascensor dice que expiró en julio de 2024, ni siquiera esa propiedad ha pasado inspección los pasillos para las habitaciones apestan horribles los cuartos tienen una...

“I was only able to spend one night here for a work trip but everything was clean and cozy. It is the cutest Inn and very close to the beach. I’d certainly stay again.”
