Molto discutibile invece la tenuta degli spazi comuni, in particolare i lunghissimi corridoi, cupi, male illuminati e con un'odore terribile, a dir poco di mensa ospedaliera, in ampi tratti. Probabilmente il collocamento delle stanze più belle, delle cucine e dei ristoranti sullo stesso piano non aiuta la ventilazione delle aree, e soprattutto le moquette non appaiono proprio...
