2 BR house near The Woodlands

Cute two bedroom house located in a quiet neighborhood four miles from The Woodlands center! It’s a great location for concerts, races, conferences, shopping, etc. There are two bedrooms with queen beds (3rd bedroom is locked) and a blow up mattress available. (The master closet is also locked). It is a great space, but please only rent if you can respect the rules- ABSOLUTELY no parties/get-togethers, smoking or pets. (I only open my calendar a little at a time, but I’m open to longer rentals)
The space
Large, well-lit open living space great for families. Private patio and grill in the spacious backyard.
Guest access
You will have access to everything except the garage, extra bedroom and master closet.
Other things to note
This is the home where I live and I have worked hard to make it a great space for myself, family/friends and guests. I enjoy renting it out on occasion and want my guests to be completely satisfied! The house is well equipped with all the things you might need. I allow guests to use my basic cooking ingredients (spices, condiments, baking products, etc). I lock up my personal items in the master closet and one spare bedroom, but you have full access to all other parts of the house and yard, as well as a shelving unit and empty dressers.
I was devastated recently to come home to a damaged house from a party and I am still a little nervous about renting my home. Every other guest adored my house and had a great experience. If you have questions about the bad review (from the party guest) please ask. Also, please note: there is a MAXIMUM of 6 PEOPLE ON THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME. More than 6 guests will be considered on a case by case basis so please check with me before booking. You will find this to be great space and experience, but if you have ANY doubt about being able to respect my home please find another option. Thank you!
