“First of all, the staff was responsive to requests. That being said the condition of the property, in general was not as the photos showed. The room did not appear clean, there were no tissues, no ice bucket, only one towel. It was a smoking room, and there was no ashtray. There was also no ice machine. I had to get ice from the front desk. There was also no facility for early check in as is the case with most properties. On the positive side, my request for another towel, ice, and ash...

“I feel the lodging was in line with the rooms price point. Room had a powerful smell that was a mix of cigarette smoke, marijuana, and sadness. There was a solid 1/4” of daylight coming through the entire doorframe top to bottom. I believe this structural flaw is what triggered the carpet to have a forever feeling of dampness. Lots of roaches. Cleaning service was less than ideal. It appeared they just came in and made the bed but didn’t actually clean anything. That cleaning was provided once...
