“The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point.”

“Room was clean and in good condition. Some furniture was a bit dated but serviceable. I have stayed there a few times & it is my go-to place in the Syracuse area. Sems a bit understaffed but I can deal with that.”

“Breakfast was very good. Staff was so friendly. Parking east. Close to all Syracuse university festivities ”

“Pet friendly, but rooms were dirty, bathroom was dirty and still had hair from previous tenants, tub wouldn't drain, beds had stuff in them. We were here for a couple weeks so we bought a Swiffer and our own sheets. Housekeeping didn't come in once in the two weeks we were there, not to empty trash or refill toilet paper. We rented the room, and that's the max of what you got.”

“Upon arrival, I was told that the room I had booked (2 guests, 2 bed + 1 sofa, TV, microwave, fridge NON-SMOKING room) 4+ months ago was not available and I was offered a lesser type, but was not given a reduction in price for this change.
