“The 2 bedroom room was amazing for size. The view over mountains was amazing. Rubbish found under the bed. Dusty window seals. Outdoor table and chairs had cob webs. They didn’t leave remote controls for the aircons. So couldn’t adjust. Had to call after hours. Mac was amazing and came out. But the aircons turned off after a few hours. Bedrooms was freezing. Folded up Tables and a big white board was left in the main area which wasn’t ideal with a little one.”

“Room was perfect for what we needed, clean and well set out. Staff were fantastic. Easy parking and kids loved the jumping pillow, pools and water park. Highly recommended holiday destination ”

“Bugs in the sink. Old. Run down. Not at all like the photos. Smelly. Didn’t feel safe staying there. Mold on the shower curtain. Breakfast wasn’t offered until 10:20am. Didn’t feel comfortable to accept the food/drinks. Don’t stay the duration of the booking it was that bad. ”

“All around excellence. Great view of the bay. Short walk to the boardwalk. Easy walk to the pier. Breakfast was great. The staff is just the best. We felt welcomed by everyone and were well taken care of. I recommend the Riley to anyone coming to Cairns.”
