“Nice room, comfortable beds and pillows, great breakfast. The hotel parking was often full but fortunately you have enough free parking spots along the street close to the hotel. Quite far from the center of Cairns (25 min walking), but not too far from the airport (8 min by car). No express check-out procedure, Receptionists not that empathetic.”

“Property called “Canopy Treehouses”. My booking stated “Deluxe Cabin” but upon arrival found we had been allocated a caravan that had an “eco toilet” (hole in the ground) that you couldn’t flush. I expected a treehouse in the trees. This was a birthday present for my Husband so was disappointed & thought it very expensive for what we got. Not recommended.”

“Roaches in the room and bathroom”

“DO NOT BOOK! This accomodation does not EXIST! Arrived at the building and it's an abandoned building, there were workers there that said it hads been closed down for a long time. We tried calling them several times throughout the day - no answer. We have contacted lastminute and are in the process of getting this listing deleted.”
