“The resort was beautiful. The food was above average. They had a lot of Jamaican food options, which is what I was looking forward to the most. The grounds were kept beautifully. They provided lots of good entertainment options. I came during low season and it was perfect, quiet, not a bunch of kids. The staff was pleasant, some more welcoming and helpful than others. Overall enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again. ”

“issues i had - they forgot to bring my bag up, i found it and was ready to change so i went and got it also i had a leak in the bathroom sink and they were coming to fix it when i called but i said i have 2 sinks its ok they can come in the morning when i am out of the room. ”

“Staff are very friendly. The hotel is very large, so communication can sometimes be slow—be patient. The room and view are absolutely beautiful. Restaurants are good, though some of the food is just average. There isn’t much fresh fruit, and what’s available isn’t very sweet. On the other hand, the fruit drinks are too sweet. There are lots of activities, and the kids’ club is excellent. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay with stunning views. ”
