“We were in Albany for a concert and booked the Country Inn and Suites due to our usual hotel being booked. I have zero negative things to say about this property. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The property was well kept and maintained, very clean. Our room was great! And best of all, no hallway noise (at least for us)! I know if I find myself back in Albany and need a hotel, it will be this one vice the usual one we stay in.”

“No a/c in our room nor in the conference rooms for large events. Woke up sweating. Not a happy camper.”

“Good basic hotel. About sixty feet below route 4 and need to walk up side of access road if don't drive to get to nearby restaurants and stores. One elevator had some problems, for opening and closing repeatedly during one week stay. Not fixed quickly.”

“Struttura non recentissima ma comunque ben tenuta. Molto periferica raggiungibile solo con l'auto. Nei dintorni presente comunque un ristorante per la cena con personale simpatico. Inclusa nel prezzo una colazione a buffet. Presente una lavanderia per gli ospiti che è stata molto utile. Personale alla reception molto cordiale e disponibile. Parcheggio incluso nel prezzo. Consigliato.”

“The location was good,right across from the mall. However the hotel is between the on ramps to the 87so you just have to really pay attention when turning into the parking lot.The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean but really in need of cosmetic updates - painting and update the bathroom. Also there is no breakfast included as it states on the website. Coffee and tea were available though”
