Didn’t experience the pool as it’s off season right now, but I could tell it would be very nice when open. Animals on the property are adorable. “This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. When we arrived on 4/3/26, the bed in our room had visible feces/stains on it. This is not a minor issue — it is a serious sanitation failure and completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one under a major brand. Walking into a room in that condition immediately raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property.
