Family/Pet Friendly Riverfront Cottage with private Fishing Deck and Boat Dock.

Kick back and enjoy the peace and quiet of a forested, riverfront hideaway with easy access to everything Myrtle Beach and Conway offer. This spacious, cozy cottage sits on .7 acres right beside the Waccamaw River, just a quarter mile from the Hwy 22/905 junction—making it a quick hop to Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, North Myrtle Beach, Conway, and nearby golf.
The cottage is stocked with everything you need for a relaxed stay. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a wood burning fireplace, washer and dryer, beach towels, chairs, and toys. Families are covered too, with a Pack n Play, high chair, and baby monitor. Games and puzzles make rainy days easy, and the home comes fully supplied with toiletries, towels, bedding, laundry soap, baking basics, and coffee essentials.
A 10×20 screened deck lets you enjoy the outdoors without the bugs, while a large open deck with built in benches is perfect for quiet evenings. Down by the water, you’ll have your own fishing deck and a brand new boat dock for exploring the river by boat (bring your own—there’s a public launch just 3 miles away). A fully fenced yard helps keep the dogs happy. Easy check-out means you don't have to clean before you leave.

We cannot say enough about our stay on the riverfront cottage on Waccamaw river! Gale, our host, was super communicative, and provided us with all of the information and details we needed for the area, the house, and any and all gadgets and appliances. The house being fully stocked with linens, dishes, appliances, paper goods, etc made it so easy for us to focus on having a good time seeing Myrtle Beach all week. This house is perfect for the rural getaway feel with still being close to everything. The view alone is worth it! Hoping to stay next year for what will be our annual trip to see family in SC.

This was our second stay in this house. It is pretty special. House is fully stocked with everything you need more. We enjoyed sunsets from the new floating dock, fishing, and bird watching. My very tall husband was able to enjoy a bath in the very large tub! It’s easy to get to a lot of attractions from this house but we spent most of our time at the beach and hanging around the river. Host is very fast to respond. We hope to be back soon as this is one of our favorite houses to vacation at. Thanks again!

We were in the area for my granddaughter’s wedding. The house was perfect! Very pet friendly! And for the icing on the cake-the back yard is amazing. Beautifully fenced with a gate opening to a fire pit and dock on the Waccamaw River. It was fantastic. We hope to go back when we can relax totally!! Thank you!!

Great stay!

Me and my bestfriend came down with our husbands and kids. Everyone had a blast! The screened in porch was perfect because we had 1 day of on and off rain so we could still enjoy being outside! The husbands favorite part was being on the river and fishing any chance they got! Out host was amazing and kept in touch for anything we needed! The house was stocked with just about everything you need so we were able to pack light! Overall we had a great experience!

Great Spot for a long weekend

8 of us went for a long weekend golf trip. The house was excellent. The backyard amenities made the trip relaxing and fun. The house is fully prepared for your stay. Would stay again.

Really special place

House was clean and full of pretty much anything you could need to enjoy a vacation near the beach and on a river. The owners clearly want you to enjoy a stress free stay. The bath tub is a dream and my husband enjoyed sitting out on the screen porch at night with the owls. All of us managed to catch a fish or two and the pups patrolled the yard. We hope to be back soon!

Charming Cottage On The River.

My daughter and I and our four French Bull Dogs had a wonderful relaxing stay. We visited family and took walks on the beach. Our host provided everything one would need. The master bedroom soaking tub was a welcome treat. The view from the screened in porch, of the River was gorgeous. The fall leaves reflecting of the water was lovely. We will return.

Beautiful home came with everything you need and then some! We had our dog with us and it was perfect. Loved the mess door on the back porch, for easy access to the back yard. Everything about the house was perfect. Spotless clean and neat.We will definitely be back!! Property manager Gail was the best!

Great vacation house

The house was clean and well stocked with everything you could need. It' close to the highway and makes getting around easy. The neighbors are quiet and the lake in the back is great. Plenty of space for our group of 7.

Great place!

We had anything we could have needed there! The house was very clean and ready for us! They had a book of attractions and another filled with the appliance guides! I cannot think of anything else they could have done for us! It is very close to the highway and getting to North Myrtle Beach or Myrtle Beach itself was very easy! Highly recommend!
