Nature lovers will be spoilt for choice between National Trust’s Bodnant Gardens, the RSPB reserve and wildlife excursions all within 5 miles. Llandudno (10 miles) and Betws-y-Coed (20 miles) are well worth a visit.

This stylish farmhouse is a real home from home and furnished with all the thoughtful little extras to enhance your stay. Walk through the porch into the hall, leading to the kitchen on your left which is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Once the meal is ready enjoy time together at the dining table perfectly positioned by the window. You'll find an addition drinks fridge in the hall. After dinner relax in the lounge with comfortable sofas, Smart TV and wood burner for cosy nights in. When ready for bed head upstairs for a leisurely bath or shower in the bathroom with bath, separate shower, and WC. There are three stunning bedrooms, all with TVs to choose from with a king-size with en-suite shower room and WC, a second king-size or the twin. All have lovely views to wake up to.The house is in an elevated position with views over the Conwy Valley, perfect to relax in the hot tub and enjoy alfresco dining on the patio. This pretty garden is laid to lawn with established hedges, trees, and shrubs. Ample parking on site. You are welcome to store your bikes in the barn.House Rules
