“This house was clean but tv in kids room had no remote. Tv in family did not work at all. Contacted host and just kept conversation back and forth instead of sending someone. Would send someone next day but we were on vacation and had plans did not want to wait on someone. That stuff should be checked before anyone checks in. Plus hardly and things in kitchen to cook with no knives to cut with but plastic ones no cookie sheet type pans just stuff with renting a three bedroom with family do you...

“The property itself was newly remodeled and looked great but there was a significant smell of smoke when opening the door of the house. I would not recommend. Just walking in made our stuff smelled horrible leaving. ”

“Host was very responsive, house was very comfortable master bed was very comfortable. Nice kitchen amenities. Nice quiet neighborhood as well. Security cameras as well. Close to everything you need. Nice spacious 3 bedroom house with big living room. With new washer and drying in good size laundry room. We stayed for 2 weeks while working here in GA. So glad I picked this place. ”

“The stay was overall pretty good. The townhouse was in perfect condition, and everything worked pretty well. The rental team communicates every day, and they were in constant communication the whole time. I want to give 5 stars, but we had only a few issues: the property wasn't immaculate; we had to clean it once we arrived; and two cups had coffee stains. One towel had a hole, and the beds were more concerning. That lack of boxsprints made it hard to rest properly. I guess everything was fine...

“Property was clean, spacious, light and airy. The host was polite and responsive. The only minor issue was that some of the blinds, especially in the common areas, did not work properly -- they did not open and close (raise and lower) or adjust angle as needed to keep out the bright sun during the day or provide privacy at night. Otherwise a great place! ”
