We are so sorry to hear about the state of your room. All I can say is this is not our normal standard. I am unsure of why all these issues were missed and I will be taking it up with our housekeeping staff immediately. Once again I apologise for your disappointment.

As we try to make the rooms as fully self contained as possible, placement of equipment is a strategic issue.As you book through a third party, the room is allocated as per availability available to them.Parking car be an issues if you have people with multiple cars trying to park in the area. We do advise guests on parking availability on arrival or if they contact us directly.
