Dun Workin - Absolute Beachfront

DUN WORKIN è una confortevole capanna per le vacanze con 4 camere da letto che può ospitare fino a 11 persone ed è assolutamente fronte mare.

Cucina con forno a microonde e 2 frigoriferi, sala da pranzo a pianta aperta e soggiorno con TV, DVD, porte scorrevoli che conducono ad una zona pavimentata sotto copertura con ambiente esterno e barbecue a gas, magnifica vista sul mare da Coobowie a Edithburgh. Aria condizionata a ciclo inverso, ventilatori a soffitto, 1 bagno, 2 WC. Capannone di stoccaggio aperto, struttura per la pulizia del pesce, giardino recintato, molto spazio per la barca.

Configurazione letto - letto 1 - matrimoniale, letto 2 - doppio, letto 3 - doppio, letto 4 - 1 x tri-cuccetta (doppia in basso, singola in alto) più 1 x cuccetta.

Cuscini e trapunte sono forniti, sarà necessario portare la propria biancheria - federe, lenzuola sopra / sotto, asciugamani / tappetino da bagno e strofinacci.

The house was beautiful, clean and well set up. Excellent views of the beach from the loungeroom. Beautiful areas front and back dependent on weather. The garden is magnificent.. We also loved our hosts (2 very friendly and talkative magpies). Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful property.

We really enjoyed the house and environment. The house is very clean and big enough for 2-3 families. Kitchen is new with lots of cookware, utensils, cutlery, plates, cups, mugs and glasses. Beds are with plenty of quilts. Birds visited us every day in the front or background. Kids played board games in door, and sports in the backyard. Have recommended to friends.

Very small - there were enough beds for 11 people but would be no room to sit to eat ir relax. Wasn’t as clean as expected- windows were dirty and outdoor table and chairs were dirty and not clean. Is suitable for a family who enjoy fishing.

The views from the lounge are great the beach acces is great to. Very quite and peaceful location the traffic on the road is not good for young children though unless the gate is closed other then that good place to stay

We (6 of us) had a fun and relaxing time. The cleaners could pay a little more attention to dust on window sills but overall the place was as we expected. Supplying linen towels etc would be a real boost for your ratings especially for travelers just moving around from place to place. It might sound like a whinge but I don't mean it to be We would definitely stay again thank you

Superb waterfront location and a beautiful garden out the back. We loved our stay here. FYI one of the bedrooms is a walkway to another so no privacy for people in that room.

A little gem property that has a lovely shack feel with all the updated amenities. We really enjoyed coming back to the relax here, after a day excursion to Innes National Park. Comfortable place with good cooking facilities. Enjoyed beach walks and the sea views. Great spot to relax and while away a few days.

Clean tidy house, right on the beach. Plenty of room, love the two fridges and breakfast out the front with that view was just perfect. Just has a friendly feel to it.

Great place to stay, very well set up house with all you need. Was great to have 2 fridges with freezers, washing machine and a second toilet, ( we made them girls and boys ). Great hot water, also a great view. Close to things to see, fishing and crabbing. Would recommend this property to others.
