Room was nice heat and air controls off your either gonna freeze or Burn. The maid did wake me up 3 hours before check out. ”

“I am a marriott bonvoy member and used to work for Marriott several year ago I always prefer to stay at Marriot hotels because of the standards for room cleanliness and upkeep. We were extremely disappointed in this experience as we were there for four nights and 3 days. Each day we had to ask the front desk for more towels. Also, we would go out for the day to enjoy the town and come back at 5/6pm each day and the room hadnt been turned. We would ask the staff and they said they were...

“Room was nice. Primary focus was the Stockyards for this trip, so didn't navigate much around the hotel. Staff was mediocre in terms of helpfulness and friendliness, but no major complaints. It's about what you would expect from a Courtyard Marriott. Sufficient and clean. ”

“No way to turn the fan on in the bathroom. Shower turns the tile floor into a slick nightmare. Early check-in needlessly expensive. We weren’t told what the valet costs but it’s stupid expensive. Call the hotel and you get a foreign call center who will give you wrong information. Appalling lack of consideration towards customer experience. Won’t be returning. ”
