“Rooms were quiet and well kept but getting dated”

“Property was convenient for our stay in Parkes. There was some leftover grime in our bathtub but the hotel were apologetic about it and offered other services to make it up to us. They were quick to respond to the earlier feedback I'd left on Expedia so I appreciated the overall service we received.”

“The room box air-conditioning unit had specific instructions on use, pretty much like don't adjust. Bathroom was an ice box and not very hygienic. Staff on arrival weren't very welcoming and on leaving we said Hi to a male staff member, who pretty much ignored us. We were made to feel uncomfortable in our own country. Overpriced, it was obvious that the room had been painted, as you could see where they'd stopped, as you could see brush marks.”
