“We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay.”

“The place was very clean. The location was great, easily walk all around town and to the skyline. Tons of restaurants close by. We used the kitchen and it worked out well.”

“Great place to crash while in Queestown, modern facilities and comfortable stay. It's also close to the city center, just a couple of minutes walk. The app did not work very well for the check-in for us - luckily, the girl at the reception was very nice and helped us complete the check-in.”

“QT Queenstown is positioned on the Esplanade with views across the lake, towards the mountains. It is undergoing modernisation. A short 5 min walk to town, where there are multiple choices for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff are incredible and cannot please you enough. They have free wine tasting daily, there is Also a roof bar and restaurant on site. Will definitely stay here again.”

“After staying in multiple properties across the South Island of New Zealand, including multiple hotel stays in Queenstown, this place is most definitely not a 5-star worthy hotel, 3 stars at best. The staff was extremely accommodating, polite, and we were always met with a smile on the face. With that being said, the place is an essentially a refurbished ‘boutique’ apartment (literally, though). The jacuzzi tub (at least in the Master Suite I was in) was lukewarm on arrival, smelled very...

“Das Hotel hat die besten Jahre hinter sich. Man kommt sich vor wie in den 70ern. Mir ist es noch nie passiert, dass man einen Cappuccino oder Late Macciato beim Frühstück extra bezahlen muss. Das habe ich bei meinen Reisen in 49 Ländern noch nie erlebt! Ich würde hier nicht mehr herkommen.”
