“Check in was easy and staff were very friendly. Lovely atmosphere created by the staff. Food was nice and the discount on food and drink due to staying is always nice. Only booked for 1 night, but enjoyed it so much, stayed an extra night!”

“Ero già stata in questo hotel nell'estate di due anni fa e l'ho scelto di nuovo perchè mi ero trovata molto bene, soprattutto per il confort e la grandezza della camera. Questa volta , invece, non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Camera piccola, un po' fatiscente con un impianto di riscaldamento guasto perchè per tutte e tre le notti che vi ho soggiornato ho sofferto fortrmente il caldo, pur essendoci 10 gradi esterni. “We spent three nights in this hotel. the room was spacious, very clean and with the necessary amenities to make coffee, tea or other hot drinks. Overall we were safe and well. ”

“Had a great overnight stay before meeting up with all our Family. The staff were so accommodating. They even organised a room just off the lounge so that our family could meet up for coffee and the three grandchildren could open their Xmas presents. The hotel is beautiful and our room was spacious and comfortable and we even saw a woodpecker on the grounds. Thank you Ansty Hall.”

“L'albergo è nuovo. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Tuttavia, nonostante in fase di prenotazione avessi chiesto una camera silenziosa mi è stata data una camera all'ultimo piano sotto un motore dell'impianto di condizionamento che durante la notte ha iniziato a funzionare e non mi ha permesso di dormire . alle 4 del mattino ho chiesto aiuto alla reception che mi ha proposto di spostarmi al 3 piano..ma ormai trovandomi alle 5 del mattino il sonno era compromesso”

“Really clean, spacious and loads of plug sockets which was great. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and car park out the back was very convenient. We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. Met the owner and he was really nice, and asked if there was anything he could do - really lovely service. Easily 5*.”

“Camera ampia ma non pulita (ho trovato sporco per terra in vari angoli). Bagno ampio ma male organizzato: nessun gancio per asciugamano vicino alla doccia o al lavandino, appesi in un angolo dietro alla porta. La vasca/doccia (soluzione di per sè poco comoda) non drenava l'acqua: la piletta non mostrava otturazione ma l'acqua rimaneva nella vasca/doccia. Le camere sono disposte su pochi piani molto estesi per cui ho dovuto camminare molto tra reception e la mia camera. Per di più, ascensore...
