“Clean, tidy, nice reception staff, but the room was cold. I tried to turn up the thermostat, but just got cold air. ”

“Didn’t even stay the night. If you picture a seedy American motel. You’re not far wrong. Do not stay here if you have suicidal thoughts. I saw my room and immediately asked for a refund, the girl said she understood and would let the manager know as she would have to process a refund. “We spent three nights in this hotel. the room was spacious, very clean and with the necessary amenities to make coffee, tea or other hot drinks. Overall we were safe and well. ”

“Good : Easy to find, great comms, generally very clean indeed, quality of bathroom (great shower) and general decor far exceeded my expectation. Bad : False fire alarm at 4.30am, used underwear and socks from.previous guest in a drawer.”

“No bar and restaurant which was advised after booking but before check in. Tv not working (despite looking brand new), phone in room not working, WiFi terrible but a lovely setting. Just felt a bit odd with no amenities. Just ordered a food delivery and had an early night… wish I’d taken a book to read!”

“Great location for me Room lovely and clean with all amenities you could need Excellent communication Free parking with plenty of space Wi-Fi for free Very close to a takeaway in case you get hungry Self check in but a number was given to contact owners if any issues. Only downside , radiator which was working well stopped in the night and i woke up cold, however there was a spare blanket in the wardrobe. ”

“Location and staff excellent. Deck onto the waterfront was fabulous as was the quietness. Nowhere obvious to walk to for food, but a communal microwave was available (don’t think I’d like the room it was in front of though) WiFi was poor and a sketchy phone signal but not the end of the world. Lights switches seemed a little 3 seashells (IYKYK) but fathomed it out. The animals all looked content, especially the pig! Will definitely return.”

“Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. ”

“Camera ampia ma non pulita (ho trovato sporco per terra in vari angoli). Bagno ampio ma male organizzato: nessun gancio per asciugamano vicino alla doccia o al lavandino, appesi in un angolo dietro alla porta. La vasca/doccia (soluzione di per sè poco comoda) non drenava l'acqua: la piletta non mostrava otturazione ma l'acqua rimaneva nella vasca/doccia.
