Hotel vicino a Teatro Wheatsheaf Players - Birmingham

“I stayed here as I had an event I was going to at the CBS Arena and I could literally walk there from where I was, so it was perfectly situated for me. The apartment had everything I needed. The apartment did have a standing fan, although I did take 2 extra little portable bedside fans as the weather was particularly hot. The only suggestions I have is that there could be a better mirror or lighted up mirror for doing make-up. I would also prefer curtains to the blinds as these did keep banging...

“Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and high quality restaurant. Only downside was the very expensive parking, which should really be included with the hotel booking.”

“Buon hotel in ogni sua caratteristica”

“The room was a good size with a decent size kitchenette. It was nice that washing up liquid, cloth and tea towel was provided. Bed was firm but comfortable. The main issue was the heat in the room, it was 29 degrees all night. To be fair we are having a very hot summer but it would be good to have a fan to use. “Staff OK ,shops non-stop nearby”

“Awful stay here In”

“We didn’t stay for very long, but the room was clean and beds comfortable. It took a while for our room to warm up, which was a little annoying as we arrived at the hotel very late. However, the gentleman at reception was helpful and managed to sort it out from reception . The staff were all lovely and, as mentioned in previous reviews I’d read, the breakfast was great! Overall a nice and comfortable overnight stay”

“Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Adjustable heating and lighting very comfortable bed and quiet area. Nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room too.”

“L'albergo è nuovo. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Tuttavia, nonostante in fase di prenotazione avessi chiesto una camera silenziosa mi è stata data una camera all'ultimo piano sotto un motore dell'impianto di condizionamento che durante la notte ha iniziato a funzionare e non mi ha permesso di dormire . alle 4 del mattino ho chiesto aiuto alla reception che mi ha proposto di spostarmi al 3 piano..ma ormai trovandomi alle 5 del mattino il sonno era compromesso”

“Lovely friendly and welcoming staff, room was lovely and we had a great stay, thank you (Only side note shower in Monarch room was a bit rubbish)”

“All ok. New place.”
