“I had to leave because the noise was unbearable. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 in the end due to the noise. We book a hotel to try and sleep in and relax. However the music from the bar was so loud. The music went on till midnight, then started again at 7am and went on the whole next day, louder at night. “We spent three nights in this hotel. the room was spacious, very clean and with the necessary amenities to make coffee, tea or other hot drinks. Overall we were safe and well. ”

“The location of the property is good. However, the staff doesn't understand anything from customer service. They don't know how to treat you. Another problem is that they always close their entrace gate, and when you ring the door, you have wait for minutes for the door to be opened despite they see you outside.”

I saw my room and immediately asked for a refund, the girl said she understood and would let the manager know as she would have to process a refund. “Nice hotel, clean, beds really comfortable. Hotel information states EV charging available, however it is not as all chargers are disconnected while being upgraded. ”

“Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. ”

“The common areas of the hotel is tired and not the best and the rooms dated. I had an issue with the heating that meant I had to go to the reception to "try and have fixed". They kept saying they had reset the system, however, it didn't work and as the phone in the room didn't dial through to the reception, it was freezing in the night. I would not stay there again.”

“Great location for me Room lovely and clean with all amenities you could need Excellent communication Free parking with plenty of space Wi-Fi for free Very close to a takeaway in case you get hungry Self check in but a number was given to contact owners if any issues. Only downside , radiator which was working well stopped in the night and i woke up cold, however there was a spare blanket in the wardrobe. ”
