Hotel vicino a Priory Visitor Centre - Birmingham

“We spent three nights in this hotel. the room was spacious, very clean and with the necessary amenities to make coffee, tea or other hot drinks. Overall we were safe and well. ”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. I had booked this property a week in advance and on the day i was told there was no room for me as they did not block out the bookings when they were fully booked. They claimed they had sent a message on the portal “hours in advance” However, prior to my arrival there was no message or attempt to contact myself to let me know that the property was already booked up. “Communication regarding check-in was awful. Room was really cold when I got in. Couldn't lock door at first, had to mess about freeing rhe lock (should not be my job!!) No towels or soap available. No hot water on tap. No tea/coffee making facility, although there was a kettle so at least I could get some hot water, but no cups/mugs. Went down into what I'd believed was a communal lounge & kitchen to be told by a chap who was sleeping in the lounge that it is a private room (No lock on...

“Lovely and warm staff. ”

“Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. ”

“Good : Easy to find, great comms, generally very clean indeed, quality of bathroom (great shower) and general decor far exceeded my expectation. Bad : False fire alarm at 4.30am, used underwear and socks from.previous guest in a drawer.”

“Great location for me Room lovely and clean with all amenities you could need Excellent communication Free parking with plenty of space Wi-Fi for free Very close to a takeaway in case you get hungry Self check in but a number was given to contact owners if any issues. Only downside , radiator which was working well stopped in the night and i woke up cold, however there was a spare blanket in the wardrobe. ”
