“We spent three nights in this hotel. the room was spacious, very clean and with the necessary amenities to make coffee, tea or other hot drinks. Overall we were safe and well. ”

“Unexpected damage deposit required. Check in process and access to the property was not obvious. Room was ok. Old instant coffee was not good, I had to get coffee bags from a local gas station instead. Location is a ~10 minutes walk from a handful of restaurant places.”

“It was my 1st ever time staying at a Britannia hotel and I felt I didn't get value for money from what I'd paid to stay overnight because breakfast buffet wasn't included, which was disappointing. However, I felt I got a decent price for a very spacious double room with a nice view of Coventry city centre and I'd definitely consider staying at a Britannia hotel again if breakfast was included in the price instead of being quoted £24 to have breakfast added to the cost of staying overnight”

“Food was very good, reception very helpful, room very quirky. I had to book a family room as last one left - was the only room on the top floor built into the eaves. Two double bedrooms, very spacious and nice and quiet. Be aware that the rooms are in an apartment style building (bit like Butlins) across the car park. “DO NOT STAY HERE. I had booked this property a week in advance and on the day i was told there was no room for me as they did not block out the bookings when they were fully booked. They claimed they had sent a message on the portal “hours in advance” However, prior to my arrival there was no message or attempt to contact myself to let me know that the property was already booked up. “I stayed here for a party and booked a room. The staff are helpful and friendly... the only downside is I couldn't find the remote, so I should have asked! But a lovely stay all in all! X”

“Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. ”
