Tuttavia, nonostante in fase di prenotazione avessi chiesto una camera silenziosa mi è stata data una camera all'ultimo piano sotto un motore dell'impianto di condizionamento che durante la notte ha iniziato a funzionare e non mi ha permesso di dormire . alle 4 del mattino ho chiesto aiuto alla reception che mi ha proposto di spostarmi al 3 piano..ma ormai trovandomi alle 5 del mattino il sonno era compromesso”

“Awful and uncomfortable. Very noisy didnt sleep all night. I was in a room with a church right by the window and the bells went off every hour. Lots of late night activity outside and inside. Fridge made a noise all night . They advertised a tv in room...and there was not one . ”

“The studio has many facilities which I felt would benefit couples/families more. The check in process was rather complex. I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message. This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. “I grew up in Coventry, and had the chance to visit and remember somenoff my best memories..shame all my old "haunts" no longer exist!!!. Regarding the hotel, it was clean, close to city. Friendly. Breakfast was good and reasonable. Parking was expensive at ncp lot..but not the fault of Premier Inn. I'd definately stay here again.”
