“We spent three nights in this hotel. the room was spacious, very clean and with the necessary amenities to make coffee, tea or other hot drinks. Overall we were safe and well. ”

“The location of the property is good. However, the staff doesn't understand anything from customer service. They don't know how to treat you. Another problem is that they always close their entrace gate, and when you ring the door, you have wait for minutes for the door to be opened despite they see you outside.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. I had booked this property a week in advance and on the day i was told there was no room for me as they did not block out the bookings when they were fully booked. They claimed they had sent a message on the portal “hours in advance” However, prior to my arrival there was no message or attempt to contact myself to let me know that the property was already booked up. “I had to leave because the noise was unbearable. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 in the end due to the noise. We book a hotel to try and sleep in and relax. However the music from the bar was so loud. The music went on till midnight, then started again at 7am and went on the whole next day, louder at night. “Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. ”
