Hotel vicino a Coon Dog Cemetery - Tuscumbia

“I want sure what category this fell under. You had just bought the Coldwater Inn in Tuscumbia, AL. We had to check in 3 different times and obtain 3 different sets of keys. Inconvenient. But no big deal. But i thonk that caused the next issue. Our room wasnt cleaned while we were there and we were there a full week. Had to ask for toilet paper. No made beds, etc. Again. No big deal as it was just my husband and I. Just thought you would want to know how the transition is going. ”

“The front desk staff were nice! The cleaning staff first morning didn't speak and head down to avoid. Hotel could use a little more care! Room was clean and fresh as long as a/c unit stayed on, if turned off we smelled all the cigarette smoking happen in other rooms! Yes we called the front desk to complain! Also first night no hotwater but front desk helped quickly! Breakfast was good with good options!”

“I wish we had known renovations were happening during our stay. Fortunately, we didn't need to nap during rhe day- pounding and drilling and whatnot going on all around us. The pool wasn't open, which made sense, but still wasn't labeled as seasonal (late April in the South) The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast on time and well managed. Waited at the desk because our keys didn't work the 2nd day for about 10 minutes without a bell or any way to contact staff. Always a plus when there's...

“It was the worst place i have ever stayed, it was supposed to be a double room but it had one queen bed,the room was supposed to be new remodel but it was not,i had surgery is the reason I stayed i had to walk to the office to get toilet paper and towels and return to office with used types ”
