Hotel vicino a Coopers Lake - Elgin

“Everything was great about this hotel, minus them not having an elevator but it’s just a two story building. Every staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and nice. ”

“Dirty floors and we seen a roach climbing the wall in our room. There was trash and glass outside in the parking lot.”

“I got this one for my uncle and buoy!!!! It said non smoking room but the room was smelling of cigarettes and we were asked to go away for almost an hour for them to air out the room (it didn't change much) Then the single seater couch 😭😭. First of all it isn't necessary and it was disgustingly dirty especially on the armrests and headrests. Honestly for nearly $100 this was the worst..... If we could we would have got a refund and gone to share our room with him since there was a scarcity...

“The ceiling was moldy. The sheets and the pillow cases were dirty. Not a place to stay. Condom wrappers on the grass. Run down motel.”

“This was one of my worst hotel stays. I felt bad for the staff as they tried very hard to be polite and apologetic when the key card had to be reprogrammed at least 10 times because it would not open our door, the no buffet breakfast one day because they forgot to pick up the supplies, the no coffee one day because they forgot to take it out of the freezer to defrost, the banged up walls in the hallways, furniture in our room that was missing drawers, marked up and dingy. The positive-the beds...

“The room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was just passable. Choice of restaurants nearby. Check in could have been a little quicker. Confusion with the computer. All in all an OK stay.”
