“We need to visit this area several times a year. It's close to Cooperstown an easy drive along the lake with a price that is reasonable. Rooms are recently renovated and well maintained. Staff and owners are easy to communicate with. The information needed for check in, stay and departure were easily laid out. If you need a place to stay while having business to do in the Cooperstown area, I highly recommend KC's and best of all your pet is welcome.”

“Property was perfect for what we needed. We had three young kids with us; the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Convenient location. Host had excellent communication and was very quick to help when we managed to lock ourselves out. Resident upstairs was quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!”

Although being 60 the stairs were quite a climb, especially coming from Florida where I haven’t used steps in years lol. Melanie was awesome and very accommodating. I would recommend staying there. “The house was clean and beautifully decorated. It was exactly what we needed, centrally located to the baseball tournament we attended. The only issue that we had is that we drove 12 hrs to get there, arriving at 9:00 pm. We still had not received the check-in information. I had to contact the host, while we stood next to my car in the dark, waiting for the host to respond, not knowing how long that was going to be.
