Hotel a Cooperstown - Lago Otsego

“The staff were super sweet and helpful. We had an issue with the card reader running low on battery. When we went back downstairs to let them know, the lady came upstairs with us after reassigning the card to the room and seeing up cards to another room just in case. The card reader was in fact dead and instead of having to go downstairs again, we were able to get in the next room with no hassle. This hotel is in such a great area. “I was on the first floor which was incredibly loud from the road noise and did not sleep at all. I had my service dog with me and the day after I checked out I got charged a pet deposit which I was never informed of. I called the same day they said it would be refunded I never received a refund.”
