“Breakfast was pretty good. Room had ONE HANGER. Staff said could not provide. Bed sheets did not fit and were torn and constantly came loose. Location is great. Pool was very nice. But $300 a night should have been better. We chose this particular hotel due to it being our anniversary with the thought that it would have been a little more luxurious than your basic motel.”

“Hotel and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Each room is decorated with its own unique and colorful style, and there are several options to choose from - suite, cottage, or entire Victorian mansion. Complimentary snacks, mini bar, and filtered water (bottles are able to be refilled in the ice house) were a nice touch. Location is great - walkable to downtown but also quiet and relaxing with a pool and hot tub. No staff on site, but they are able to be reached for any questions or...

“This was a two-day retreat for us. Room was great. Hot tub was perfect temperature. We enjoyed walking the whole property with our Bichon. Plus only a few minutes to main street Fredericksburg to have some great German food.”

“A little pricey, one night cost me a little over double than my first night, rooms were ok, pet friendly. Good location for ehat I needed it for. Other than weekend prices i would stay again during the week.”

“Breakfast was great. Food was very good. House keeping sucked! For the reputation and cost to stay at this property you should not have to ask to have your room cleaned. Sat 4/18 no house keeping asked and sent emails to management to clean room and all we got was clean towels and the bed made. 4/19 room was cleaned after I went to front desk and complained about the lack of house keeping. They did refund my parking fee to make it right but we will not stay there again”
