“Clean room, staff were wonderful at least 9 out of 10 were. When I arrived and needed a porter to take my bags in I had to search for one. The person who came out clearly did not like his job. The rest of my stay the staff were lovely, super friendly people and I felt welcomed. Room service food was not good at all. I ordered a steak sandwich and the meat was raw. “A bit confusing to locate since even the GPS was vague. reception is inside the RSL club which was a bit strange. Outdoor parking was pretty full so it's first in best dressed if you want to park near your room. We had a downstairs room, quiet, but cleaning could be improved.”
